More than thirty aftermarket communication professionals gathered at the Palmer House Hotel in Chicago, Ill. for the 2010 ACC "All Things Digital Conference."

Dave Portalatin, The NPD Group, Inc., discussed consumer trends and research.

"Transformation of Digital Marketing" was presented by Julie Roth Novack, Razorfish Agency.

Chad Endsley and Jim O’Brien, C&E Specialties, shared their insight in "Creativity and Trends in Sales
Promotion."

Meeting attendees enjoyed a group dinner at The Park Grill after a dynamic first day.

Thomas Marnell, Stuart School of Business/Illinois Institute of Technology, discussed database marketing to kick off day two.

The meeting concluded with a technician panel discussion moderated by Tony Molla, ASE and included panelists Frank Aleman, Acorn Tire; Angi Semler, Star Auto Authority and Pat Weber, Weber Automotive.
