President's Message
|
|
Another ACC meeting is now in the books. Thanks to all the ACC members who attended the Memphis meeting in September and helped make it a such great success.
As we head into 2009, there is no doubt that economic conditions will continue to impact all of us. Many companies have already imposed travel restrictions and some have reduced overall budgets. In light of what looks to be a challenging year for our industry, the ACC board voted to hold only one meeting during 2009, May 18-20 in Austin, Texas. While this represents a change in ACC format, the spring program will continue to offer dynamic speakers and presentations, targeting key issues facing the automotive aftermarket. So mark your calendars now - you won't want to miss this meeting!
Although only one meeting will be held during 2009, the ACC board will continue to conduct business via monthly teleconferences. If there are any topics you wish the board to review, please feel free to contact me or one of the ACC board members.
Thank you for your continued support of the Automotive Communication Council. May you all enjoy the upcoming holiday season and may 2009 bring many good things to each of you.
Kind regards,
Katie Noga |
